UPMC Primary Care is seeking a physician trained in Family Medicine to join Alexander Spring Family Care located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Accredited U.S. based Family Medicine Residency Program completion
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates)
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
