Sanford Health - Marshfield Clinic is seeking BC/BE fellowship-trained Gastroenterologists to join our team throughout Wisconsin. Check out our opportunities below:
Marshfield Medical Center (in Marshfield)
- 10 room GI unit
- ERCP skills are not required but are valuable if available
- On-site ancillary services include but are not limited to; Radiology, Interventional Radiology infusions, lab, and an OSC.
Compensation floor of $800,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
Marshfield Medical Center - Eau Claire
Will provide outpatient and inpatient coverage for all GI needs; work within a multi-specialty practice with a strong primary care presence.
- 1:4 call
- ERCP skills are not required but are valuable if available
- Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
Gastroenterologist Hospitalist:
- Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time GI Hospitalist who is BC/BE fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist with additional training required in Advanced ERCP. The incoming physician would join a well-established GI service line supported by Advanced Practitioner Clinicians and numerous other resources at a Trauma Level 2 hospital. This is a broad-based position that includes providing inpatient consults and rounding for GI service along with completing all GI procedures for hospital patients. There is a general GI procedure room and a dedicated ERCP/EUS procedure room. This role will also include performing 3-4 outpatient scopes daily when on schedule. EUS experience and skills are highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent work-life balance with this salaried position, working 26 annual weeks a year! This role features a 7-day on/7-day off rotation or there is a possibility of discussing a 14-day on/14-day off rotation. The schedule would consist of working 12 hours on-site work, then 12 hours of call from home.
$800,000 shift-based salary requiring 26 weeks of work per year
